The basic 30-day Hip Hop Abs Calendar requires working out six days a week. The routines consist of the following four workouts: Fat Burning Cardio, Ab Sculpt, Total Body Burn and Hips, Buns & Thighs. The advance 60-day Hip Hop Abs Calendar is broken down in two months, both requiring you workout six days a week. Month one includes the same workouts as in the basic 30-day Hip Hop Abs Calendar.
