the upgraded option you will get more workouts. When we were looking into the workouts we saw a workout called “Combat”. That workout was awesome! For 45 minutes we literally felt like a Ninja, Boxer, Martial Artist, and a Champ at the same time. We both said, “it would be awesome to have a complete workout about this idea”. We spoke too soon! Team Beachbody was already in the works! And I had an amazing opportunity to experience it recently at a Team Beachbody Leadership Retreat. The following is an in-depth Les Mills Combat Review.

However, it is a very non-traditional workout. The music is intense! And the best part by the time the workout is over you don’t even realized that you just workout. It is that fun! Les Mill Combat Review- Can anyone do Les Mills Combat?

Yes & Yes! However, please consult your doctor first.  Even when I was doing the live workout at the Leadership Retreat, one of the trainers will always show you a low impact option.  Therefore, talk to your doctor and have it clear! I don’t want for you to get hurt and ruin your goals. There are always other options and programs you can do!

Les Mills Combat Review- What’s the difference between Les Mills Pump & Les Mills Combat?

The LES MILLS PUMP workout features light weights and high reps to help you achieve lean muscles and a toned look. Combat on the other hand will also help you get that toned, fit body.  Combat is a high-intensity and explosive aerobic endurance program that will get you shredded and defined like a mixed martial arts warrior. Let me repeat! You will feel like a Warrior!

Les Mills Combat Review -How long is Les Mills Combat?

Les Mills Combat is a 60-day workout program, and you can follow one of three calendars: the introductory Combat Warrior Calendar, the more intense Supreme Warrior Calendar, or the extreme Ultimate Warrior Calendar. The Combat Warrior and Supreme Warrior Calendars are built from the 7 workouts (30 to 60 minutes each) in the Les Mills Combat Kit. The Ultimate Warrior Calendar uses these and integrates the additional workouts available in the Ultimate Warrior Kit. Don’t worry I will explain these below!

Les Mills Combat Review -Can I do a hybrid of Combat & Les Mills Pump?

Absolutely!!!! You can merge a Les Mills Combat workout into the Les Mills Pump routine by using one of the Combat workouts on your recommended “Walk” day in the pump workout calendar. However, I would not recommend that you supplement your LES MILLS COMBAT workouts with those from LES MILLS PUMP.  Have fun with it, but do not deviate it too much from it!

There are three kits within the Les Mills Combat Program. These are: Les Mills Combat Kit, Supreme Warrior Kit, and the Ultimate Warrior Kit.

  1. I have been trying to find out the workout schedule, but I am having a hard time finding it. For example, P90x is a 6 day per week program, with an optional workout day 7. Is this program the same way, or is it 3 days per week, etc?

  2. Kevin, the program is not out just yet. However, it should be minimum 4-6 days per week. when I did the workout at the retreat that was the indication I got. Either way, this program is 100% different than P90x. This program is a lot of fun!
